Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Therapy Development Rep to drive adoption of vascular therapies across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. This remote role requires residency in territory and travel to accounts, with a valid driver's license.

You will train clinicians, educate on new products, build account plans, and collaborate with field teams to exceed sales targets while adhering to ethics and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with key decision makers.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets (AOP, budgets, account development).
• Train and educate customers on vascular therapies and new products.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and key opinion leaders.
