Job summary

Medtronic plc in Florida is seeking a Vascular Sales Rep to grow the West Palm Beach/Boca Raton/Jupiter territory. You will promote and service vascular products, build strong physician relationships, and drive therapy adoption across the continuum of care for PAD.

The role requires 8+ years in medical device sales or related experience, with travel within the territory and occasional evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 12+ years OR associate's degree with 10+ years OR Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in sales, clinical, or related roles.
• Nice to have: 8+ years B2B or Healthcare sales with 6 years’ experience selling medical devices or capital equipment.
• Degree in biological science or business preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and account development objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities across existing and prospective accounts, expanding customer partnerships and maximizing business performance.
• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, administrators, and key healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling and clinical discussions.
• Influence and close business opportunities through value-based selling and contract optimization.
• Expand and accelerate market growth by generating leads, representing Medtronic at industry conferences and events.
• Partner with physicians and care teams to plan procedures and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage territory operations with focus on account coverage, market intelligence, and expense stewardship.
• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to share market insights and stay current on trends.
• Perform duties requiring extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking up to 8 hours a day.
• Operate safely in clinical environments with PPE and potential exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.
• Performs other duties as assigned
