Job summary

ICU Medical seeks a Vascular Access Sales Specialist to drive growth in the territory by building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and expanding the customer base. The role includes post-sales implementation support to ensure a positive experience.

You will align with the Regional Sales Manager to meet revenue objectives and must communicate effectively with clinicians about industry guidelines and ICU product offerings. Travel is a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, preferably in medical device sales.
• Experience with vascular access, blood collection or infusion therapy products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Territory Revenue Objectives: align with Regional Sales Manager to meet annual Vascular Access and Blood Collection revenue goals.
• Master product knowledge across ICU Medical portfolio and relate to industry guidelines.
• Communicate with clinicians about how guidelines intersect with ICU products to improve outcomes.
• Be the clinical expert and consultative problem solver at field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know top 50 assigned customers, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU products in vascular access and blood collection portfolio.
• Travel more than 50% of the time.
