Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps. This remote role partners with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption, growth, and new sales in a defined customer set.

You will design high-level strategies, create actionable blueprints, and maintain strong C‑suite relationships. You should have 20+ years in IT with 10+ years in enterprise domain expertise, plus experience in PPM, infrastructure portfolio management,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall.
• 10 years in your specific domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, growth and new sales of Broadcom Software solutions into a defined set of existing customers.
• Align customer strategy with Broadcom's ValueOps offerings and solution capabilities.
• Lead post‑sales discussions to ensure smooth transition from pre‑sales to implementation.
• Publish material and coordinate with Value Stream teams for high‑value customers.
