Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps with a remote work arrangement. The role focuses on driving adoption, growth and cross-sell of enterprise solutions within a defined set of customers.

You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering, lead strategic discussions, and translate customer needs into actionable, value-driven outcomes across value streams.

Qualifications

• Over 20 years in IT with 10+ years in enterprise IT domains.
• Strong client relationship building and consultative selling.
• Experience in projects involving portfolio and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales discussions with C-level and decision makers.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and solution engineering during pre-sales activities.
• Guide post-sales and ensure smooth handoffs to implementation teams.
• Demonstrate Broadcom’s value and differentiators to customers.
