Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division is seeking a Global Solution Architect for ValueOps. This remote role partners with regional sales and solution engineering to drive adoption, growth and new sales of our ValueOps suite.

We require 20+ years in IT and 10+ years in the enterprise domain, a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, and experience in portfolio management, tokenomics and Agile. You will design strategy, craft actionable blueprints, build client relationships, and lead post-sales

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 20 years in the IT industry overall and 10 years in your specific domain of expertise in corporate enterprise IT.
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile.
• Effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level strategy for customers in their domain.
• Create actionable, tactical blueprints with high appeal to customers based on multiple inputs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their software needs.
• Participate in post-sales discussions to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation phases.
• Direct the Solution Engineer teams or partners that do the implementation to assure the strategy lines up with the outcome.
• Publishes material and assists the matrix to increase engagement with C-Suite
• Synthesizes success data points and stories to drive WinWire creation.
