Job summary

Cornelis Networks is seeking a System Validation Manager to build and lead a high-performing validation team responsible for hardware and software quality across our scale-out networking platform. You will develop validation plans, drive automation, configure CI systems, and collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and product engineering to resolve defects and deliver reliable products.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical teams for validation of complex networking or distributed systems.
Proven ability to scale a system validation organization with defined processes and metrics.
Strong understanding of software validation methods, automation, CI/CD, and defect management.
Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing System Validation team.
Develop software validation plans and strategies based on requirements.
Define validation activities across the SDLC, from manual tests to automated suites.
Design and maintain automated test frameworks and validation infrastructure.
Configure CI systems and triage validation failures.
Collaborate with hardware, firmware, software, and product engineering to resolve defects.
Drive continuous improvements in validation methodologies and tooling.
Support product qualification for customer deployments and releases.
