Job summary

Cornelis Networks, Inc. is seeking a Principal ASIC Verification Engineer to lead verification strategy for high‑performance SOCs used in AI and HPC datacenters.

You will drive UVM environments, test plans, and coverage closure while coordinating with design, software, and silicon validation teams. The role requires 15+ years in networking hardware verification and deep expertise in 50G/100G/400G Ethernet protocols, TCP/IP, and RDMA.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in networking hardware verification.
• Hands-on experience with UVM and SystemVerilog.
• Verification for complex SoCs with multiple clock and reset domains.
• Debugging RTL and closing bugs with Verdi or equivalent tools.
• Experience with revision control systems like Git or SVN.
• BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define overall SOC level verification strategy and plan.
• Develop and maintain UVM environments for RTL verification.
• Execute functional tests per verification plans and close coverage gaps.
• Instrument TB for functional and code coverage and drive to closure.
• Collaborate with design, software, emulation, and silicon validation teams.
