Job summary

Cornelis Networks is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end networking product programs. You will drive cross-functional teams across architecture, ASIC, firmware, software, validation, and manufacturing to deliver on time and within budget.

You will collaborate with engineering leads on plans, dependencies, and resource needs, while maintaining rigorous risk management and program governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program/project management for complex system-level products (ASICs, platforms, firmware, software).
• Experience with ASIC engineering teams and cross-functional programs from planning to delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and stakeholder skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of networking product programs with milestones and goals.
• Define plans, resources, and dependencies with engineering leads.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting across concurrent projects.
• Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular program reviews with stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote best practices for lifecycle management, agile execution, and release planning.
• Mentor a cross-functional team of PMs and engineering leads.
