Cornelis Networks is seeking a System Validation Manager to build and lead a high‑performing validation team for AI and HPC networking products. You will shape validation strategies, drive automation, and collaborate across hardware, firmware, software, and product engineering to ensure quality and timely releases.

In this remote US role, you will balance customer expectations with delivery timelines while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and measurable quality metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams responsible for validation of complex networking or distributed systems.
• Proven success building and scaling a system validation organization with defined processes and metrics.
• Strong understanding of software validation methodologies, test automation, CI/CD, and defect management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present status to executives.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing System Validation team.
• Develop software validation plans and strategies based on functional requirements.
• Define and oversee validation activities across the software development lifecycle.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks and validation infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain CI systems, monitor results, and triage validation failures.
• Troubleshoot issues across system, network, hardware, and software layers.
• Establish validation processes, metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
• Ensure documentation of validation plans, test procedures, and release readiness.
• Partner with hardware, firmware, software, and product engineering teams to resolve defects.
• Drive continuous improvements in validation methods, tooling, and best practices.
• Support product qualification efforts for customer deployments.
