Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for vacuum products to drive revenue across a broad North region from a remote location. You will lead a network of channel partners, collaborate with OEMs and product teams, and guide opportunities from initial contact to close, with a strong technical sales emphasis.

You will manage quotes, travel as required, and participate in trade shows to expand Nash, Garo and Runtech market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of product sales experience in industrial markets.
Experience with channel partners, OEMs and territory planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a robust channel partner network to drive Nash, Garo & Runtech product sales.
Collaborate with OEMs and Product Management to execute territory strategies and growth targets.
Identify and pursue opportunities via cold calls, market research, and partner networks.
Provide technical support and product guidance, including installation and troubleshooting.
Manage quotes, terms, and accounts; monitor progress and forecast opportunities in Salesforce.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Sales to ensure smooth product launches.
Lead customer engagements and presentations at trade shows to generate leads.
Oversee multiple state channel partners to maintain standards and performance.
