Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for Vacuum Sales to drive revenue across Nash, Garo and Runtech products in a remote North territory. You will develop and manage a broad channel partner network, work with OEMs and Product Management, and lead dominant sales initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant product sales experience, strong channel sales and technical skills, and excellent communication. Travel up to 50% is expected, with company car and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Experience with channel partner networks and OEM collaborations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a large channel partner network across multiple states.
• Collaborate with channel partner principals, OEMs, product management to drive territory strategy.
• Lead sales activities and pipeline development through partners to meet targets.
• Provide technical and product support, including installation guidance and troubleshooting.
• Engage in all sales cycle stages: quoting, account management, and collections.
