Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales experience or high school diploma with 6 years in pharma or healthcare sales.
• Strong ability to build trust with customers and deliver value in selling situations.
• Ability to segment customers, prioritize opportunities, and drive territory plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage health care providers with balanced vaccine presentations per labeling and guidelines.
• Provide vaccine management updates to improve patient outcomes and contract performance.
• Stay informed on clinical and market knowledge through company materials and conferences.
• Use data to review quarterly business performance and optimize contracts.
