Job summary

Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking Remote Support Consultants to join a fully remote team. You will help clients plan vacations by researching options, organizing requested services, and keeping details accurate and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about each client's destination preferences, travel dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation services through approved resources.
• Support the coordination of selected arrangements and keep reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
• Assist clients by answering routine questions, communicating updates, following up on pending items, and helping with standard changes or requests.
• Review information for accuracy, monitor important dates, maintain organized client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
