Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking organized, dependable Client Planning Specialists to join our remote team, helping clients shape vacation plans by identifying options, organizing services, and tracking details throughout the planning process.

This role suits those who enjoy research, customer interaction, problem-solving, and managing multiple moving parts; no prior travel-industry experience is required, with training and ongoing educational resources provided.

Responsabilidades

• Learn about each client's travel goals, preferred destinations, dates, budget, interests, and special requests.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation options using approved resources.
• Assist with coordinating selected services and maintain organized reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Keep clients informed by providing updates, following up on outstanding items, answering routine questions, and helping with standard changes when needed.
• Review important information for accuracy, monitor deadlines, maintain current client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
