Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking motivated Vacation Services Consultants to join our remote team. You will help clients explore vacation possibilities, narrow down choices, and coordinate services with approved suppliers to bring plans together.

This role suits individuals who enjoy researching destinations, working with people, organizing information, and providing helpful guidance. Training and ongoing support are provided; remote scheduling is flexible.

• Comfortable conducting online research and comparing options.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and planning deadlines.
• Consistent follow-up and dependable time-management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Willingness to learn supplier systems, booking tools, and digital platforms.
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other qualifying regions.

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients to learn about destinations, dates, budget, interests, and goals.
• Search available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages.
• Compare options and explain differences to clients.
• Coordinate services through approved supplier resources and booking platforms.
• Keep trip information, confirmations, and deadlines organized.
• Stay in contact with clients regarding updates and needed information.
• Assist with routine booking adjustments and service questions.
• Maintain accurate client records and expand knowledge of destinations and suppliers offerings.
