• Check traveler details, reservation dates, and selected services for accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain organized booking records and confirmation information.
• Monitor upcoming deposits, payment deadlines, and reservation requirements.
• Contact clients regarding missing details, pending decisions, or necessary updates.
• Communicate important information before scheduled departures.
• Assist with routine reservation adjustments and general service questions.
