Job summary

Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking organized individuals to join our remote team as Client Scheduling Consultants. You will coordinate dates, services, and itineraries to help clients keep vacation plans on track.

This role emphasizes researching options, maintaining schedules, and providing timely updates. Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth, with flexible scheduling for part- or full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to understand preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and needs.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, and other vacation services.
• Coordinate arrangements and maintain accurate schedules, reservations, and itineraries.
• Track important dates, provide timely updates, and assist with scheduling changes.
• Review client information for accuracy and continue building knowledge of destinations and suppliers.
