No travel background is required; training and ongoing guidance are provided to help you learn booking systems and supplier tools, with remote scheduling flexibility and performance-based recognition.

Aufgaben

• Learn about each client's destination interests, preferred travel dates, budget, vacation style, and special requests.
• Review available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, excursions, and package options.
• Assist clients with evaluating choices and coordinating approved services through designated supplier platforms.
• Track reservation information, confirmations, payment or booking deadlines, and important trip details.
• Communicate updates and next steps clearly throughout the booking process.
• Follow up on unanswered questions, missing information, and pending client decisions.
• Assist with routine reservation changes or adjustments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records and continue expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
