Job summary

Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking a Holiday Experience Advisor to help clients plan memorable vacations from a fully remote setting. You will guide clients through options, tailor selections, and coordinate with suppliers to finalize arrangements, while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and eager to learn about destinations and vacation products. Training and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or other qualifying regions.
• No prior travel industry experience required; training provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacation requests remotely.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to discover vacation preferences.
• Gather timing, budget, interests, and accommodation details.
• Explore options that match client priorities.
• Create tailored selections for clients to consider.
• Explain features, inclusions, policies, and other information.
• Process arrangements using supplier resources and reservations.
• Double-check traveler information, dates, and booking details.
