Hope's Global Getaways is seeking a Vacation Care Advisor to help clients plan unforgettable getaways from a remote location. You will research destinations, present suitable options, and assist with reservations and trip preparations to ensure smooth travel experiences.

This role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, beginner-friendly training, access to supplier platforms, and opportunities to grow in customer service and travel planning with potential discounts where applicable.

• Verify booking information and traveler details.
• Organize confirmations, client records and docs.
• Monitor deposits and payment schedules for bookings.
• Respond to client questions with timely updates.
• Support routine booking changes and departure prep.
