Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking Booking Experience Advisors to join our remote team. You will help clients move from initial vacation ideas to confirmed arrangements by researching options, coordinating services, and keeping booking details organized throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Learn client destination interests, dates, budget, style, and requests.
Review resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and packages.
Assist clients in evaluating options and coordinating services on supplier platforms.
Track reservations, confirmations, deadlines, and trip details.
Communicate updates and next steps clearly during the booking process.
Follow up on unanswered questions and missing information.
Manage routine reservation changes when needed.
Maintain accurate client records and expand knowledge.
