Responsabilités

• Connect with prospective travelers to discuss upcoming vacation plans and requested services.
• Identify individual needs by reviewing destination interests, preferred dates, budgets, and accommodation preferences.
• Search available vacation products using approved supplier resources and booking platforms.
• Explore suitable flight options, hotels, resorts, cruise itineraries, transportation, and activities.
• Assess different vacation packages to determine which choices align with client expectations.
• Organize research findings into clear and practical vacation recommendations.
• Provide information about available amenities, package features, pricing, and booking conditions.
• Guide clients through the selection process and answer general reservation questions.
• Coordinate approved bookings and requested vacation arrangements.
• Verify traveler names, reservation dates, selected accommodations, and service details.
• Maintain accurate electronic files containing confirmations, client preferences, and booking information.
• Track reservation requirements, payment deadlines, and other important planning milestones.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding selections, documentation, and upcoming deadlines.
• Share reservation updates and relevant information before scheduled departures.
• Assist with standard booking adjustments and routine service-related requests.
