Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company seeking an Online Vacation Specialist to assist clients from inquiry to final trip preparation. The role covers all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, couples getaways, group trips, tours, and international destinations.

Training and ongoing resources are provided to help you learn the role. You may work 100% remotely with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.

Prepare vacation options and provide helpful information about available options.
Coordinate selected arrangements through supplier platforms.
Keep reservation confirmations and trip information organized.
Review booking details for accuracy and completeness.
Follow up with clients about decisions, deadlines, and requirements.
Provide planning updates and respond to routine questions.
Maintain digital records of client requests and reservations.
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
Stay current on supplier offerings and promotions.
