Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs vacations including destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, and luxury getaways. The team works remotely with clients to turn ideas into coordinated plans.

The Virtual Vacation Consultant will research options, present suitable choices, assist with reservations, and keep clients informed. This role supports all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, and international experiences.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating and building relationships with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communicators.
• Organized and attentive to important details.
• Able to research information and compare different options.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Applicants must reside in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Mexico, Spain, or another qualifying region.

Responsibilities

• Gather information about each client's vacation interests, dates, destinations, and budget.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and vacation packages.
• Compare options based on client priorities and amenities.
• Prepare personalized vacation options for clients to consider.
• Explain package inclusions, promotions, and reservation requirements.
• Assist with arranging accommodations, transportation, excursions, and services.
• Organize confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details.
• Monitor planning items and follow up with clients as needed.
