• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, or another qualifying region.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand vacation goals, dates, budget, and interests.
• Research destinations and experiences that match requests.
• Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, transport, tours, and activities.
• Compare choices and provide personalized recommendations.
• Explain amenities, inclusions, and reservation information.
• Coordinate selected vacation services for clients.
• Complete reservation-related tasks through supplier platforms.
• Review traveler and booking information for accuracy.
• Organize confirmations and important trip details.
• Monitor payment schedules and reservation deadlines.
• Maintain communication with clients throughout planning.
• Provide updates and assist with routine questions or changes.
• Keep accurate client and reservation records.
• Stay current on destinations, promotions, and supplier offerings.
