Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's destination interests, dates, budget, and preferences.
• Research and compare resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and vacation packages.
• Coordinate selected services through approved supplier resources and keep reservations organized.
• Prepare and maintain confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, deadlines, and other planning information.
• Provide updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and assist with changes during planning.
• Review client and reservation information for accuracy and continuously build knowledge.
