• Provide clear information about available services, amenities, and package features.
• Assist with arranging selected vacation components through approved supplier resources.
• Keep confirmation details and reservation information organized.
• Monitor deposits, final payments, documentation needs, and important dates.
• Review traveler information and arrangements for accuracy.
• Maintain communication as clients move through the planning process.
• Respond to routine questions and assist with requested updates.
• Keep accurate records of client preferences, communications, and arrangements.
• Continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
