Hope’s Global Getaways is seeking organized, service-focused individuals to join our remote team as Experience Booking Coordinators. You will assist clients turning vacation ideas into organized arrangements by researching options and coordinating services.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, professional, customer-focused approach.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple bookings, requests, and deadlines.
Comfortable conducting online research and comparing available options.
Willingness to learn reservation systems and supplier platforms.
Dependable follow-through and time-management.
Adaptive and resourceful when client needs or arrangements change.

Responsibilities

Speak with clients to understand destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and requests.
Research hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, packages.
Assist with booking by coordinating services and organizing confirmations and itineraries.
Maintain clear client communication with updates and follow-ups.
Review reservation information for accuracy and deadlines.
