Job summary

Akraya, Inc. is seeking a UX Research Program Manager to scale its research practice with a remote-first setup anchored to the Bay Area. You will establish delivery standards, performance visibility, and growth infrastructure to empower researchers and demonstrate ROI to clients.

You will lead the first 90 days with practice positioning, standardized tracking, and real-time dashboards, while building enterprise offerings and upskilling teams through workshops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX research ops, research program management, or professional services delivery.
• Review project tracking, delivery performance, escalations, and CSAT across current projects.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to define bundled offerings (e.g., GenAI + UX + Measurement).
• Track record scaling a research/design/consulting practice.
• Strong analytics: dashboards, KPIs, baseline-setting (Excel/Sheets/Looker/Tableau).
• Governance: running WBR/MBR/QBR with teams and execs.
• Storytelling: turning research outcomes into ROI narratives and sales collateral.
• Big Tech or enterprise experience & solid experience with Qualitative + Quantitative Research.
• Facilitation & workshop design experience.

Responsibilities

• Define practice positioning and convert wins into ROI case studies.
• Standardize project tracking, KPIs, and delivery methodology across teams.
• Launch a delivery health dashboard with real-time visibility.
• Build bundled offerings and signature services for enterprise clients.
• Upskill researchers on emerging methodologies through workshops.
