Qualifications

• At least 3 years of UX design experience.
• Wire-framing experience required.
• Strong research and usability foundation.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, testing, A/B tests, and usability analyses.
• Proficient in visual and interaction design.
• 508/WCAG2.1 accessibility knowledge.
• Mobile-first and responsive design knowledge.
• Excellent client collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide input and reporting on UX products and Section508, WCAG 2.1 guidance.
• Deliver wireframes and design standards for systems and websites.
• Produce a human-centered design report with findings and remediation suggestions.
• Ensure UX involvement in service development and operations.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes for multiple devices.
• Translate product vision into digital experiences via research, sketches, and prototyping.
• Identify design problems and propose elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design decisions and verify via user research and testing.
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines.
