Job summary

LMI Government Consulting, supporting the VA, seeks a Human-Centered Design Specialist III-IV - UI/UX to craft accessible, user-centered digital experiences.

You will translate research into flows, wireframes, and prototypes, contribute to design systems, and collaborate across teams from discovery to implementation. Experience with Section 508 and WCAG desirable. US-Remote role with government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Centered Design, UX, Interaction Design, or related field.
• 5-7+ years in UI/UX or HCD, with end-to-end design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences for VA programs.
• Translate research into concepts, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable components.
• Prepare handoff docs for developers and participate in design reviews.
