Job summary

ABB Inc. in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to execute daily customer activities, including order entry, tracking, and order management across ABB's local units and agent accounts. This remote role requires being located in the US.

You will coordinate with business units to ensure on-time delivery, assist in bid proposals, and handle multiple projects with shifting priorities. Domestic travel may be required to customer locations or ABB sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of technical customer support experience in Industrial/Utility fields or equivalent.
• Knowledge of power transmission & distribution products/systems preferred.
• Experience with B2B customer support.
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily customer activities including order entry, tracking, and order management.
• Coordinate with local units to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate input for bid proposals to meet customer requirements.
• Handle multiple projects and adapt to priority changes.
• Attend meetings and assist in problem investigation and corrective actions.
• May travel domestically to customer locations or ABB sites.
