Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in account management or sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and travel up to 20%. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver grid solutions and support services for power transmission and distribution projects.

Qualifications

• Work authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of account management and/or sales experience.
• Experience in Engineering, Project Management, Sales, or Marketing.
• Sales or business development with utilities/energy markets preferred.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and coordinate across functions.
• Understanding of customer/organization structures and CRM.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
• Must be home based in the San Diego, CA area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans and relationship strategies.
• Manage sales targets, pipeline, and negotiations with utility customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support account objectives and product requirements.
• Monitor customer claims and support problem resolution.
• Identify opportunities for products, systems, and services within the utility market.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations.
