Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Remote Utilities Coordinator to manage utility accounts across locations, including setup, invoicing, payment reconciliation, and ongoing account maintenance. This role is remote (PST hours) with a target pay range of $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

You will collaborate with utility providers and dealership teams to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure uninterrupted services. Strong detail orientation, communication, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and close utility accounts.
• Process utility invoices accurately and on time.
• Review bills for duplicate or overlapping charges, fees, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and confirm payments are applied correctly.
• Maintain accurate utility spend and account records.
• Partner with utility providers and dealership teams to resolve account and billing issues.
• Help prevent service interruptions, late payments, and overpayments.
• Support additional projects as needed.
