Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a detail-oriented Dealership Contracts Admin to support dealership operations from a remote location (PST hours). The role combines administrative, accounting, and customer service duties to ensure accurate, compliant processes and strong partner satisfaction.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a total rewards program. Compensation ranges from $19.25 to $28.85 per hour, with eligibility for growth and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles including reconciliations and GL processing.
• Experience handling high-volume transactions with accuracy and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook and basic business systems.
• Experience reviewing contracts, financial documents, and customer records for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Activate, process, and cancel vehicle service product contracts.
• Support dealerships and internal partners with timely customer service and issue resolution.
• Manage ServiceNow inquiries and phone support while meeting service levels.
• Complete accounting and reconciliation activities, including statements and month-end tasks.
• Review cancellation packets and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with provider submissions and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-training, provide backup coverage, and help develop junior team members.
