Lithia & Driveway is seeking an AP Utilities Coordinator (remote, PST hours) to manage utility accounts across locations. You will set up, process, and close accounts, review invoices, reconcile payments, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and close utility accounts.
• Process utility invoices accurately and on time.
• Review bills for duplicate or overlapping charges, fees, and payment discrepancies.
• Reconcile accounts and confirm payments are applied correctly.
• Maintain accurate utility spend and account records.
• Partner with utility providers and dealership teams to resolve account and billing issues.
• Help prevent service interruptions, late payments, and overpayments.
• Support additional projects as needed.
