Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a detail-oriented DMS Accounting Administrator to join our Dealer Mechanical Services team. This remote role supports dealership operations with administrative, accounting, and customer service tasks, interfacing with stores, providers, and internal teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with high-volume transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with dealership accounting / ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Activate, process, and cancel vehicle service product contracts.
• Provide timely customer service and issue resolution.
• Manage ServiceNow inquiries and phone support.
• Complete accounting and reconciliation tasks, including statements and GL processing.
• Review cancellation packets and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with product provider submissions and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-training, provide backup coverage, and help develop junior team members.
• Participate in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
