Silvus Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer, USSOCOM, to bridge RF capabilities with SOCOM requirements. You will collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to demonstrate interoperability, low-signature performance, and field-readiness of our StreamCaster MANET radios across multi-domain environments.

Role requires up to 50% travel to customer sites, labs, and field-testing; a 100% remote option may be available

Competenze

• Exposure to Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and IP-based routing.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment and measurement.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.

Mansioni

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and design goals to map needs to radio solutions.
• Support field trials, testing, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with teams to verify architectures are technically sound and aligned with priorities.
• Assist in building technical demonstrations for low-signature, resilient operations.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites, labs, and field-testing environments.
