This remote leadership role partners with customers, channel partners and internal teams to expand market reach, drive specification demand and convert technical value into commercial results.

You will shape route-to-market strategy, identify competitive opportunities and support broader market initiatives through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC/R, or cooling systems industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users.
• Strong technical and consultative sales skills with the ability to translate technical value into commercial propositions.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% domestically within the US.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental sales growth in the US market through various sales channels
• Achieve sales targets using consultative, value-added selling techniques
• Develop and execute effective route-to-market strategies for assigned markets
• Create specification pull-through opportunities by building relationships with key industry players
• Identify competitive displacement opportunities to capture market share
• Document and share successful sales strategies and competitive insights globally
• Train sales teams and customers on product capabilities and solution-selling techniques
