PSG Dover, a global leader in pumps and cooling solutions, seeks a Sales Manager to drive refrigeration and HVAC/R market share in the US. You will cultivate OEM and system-integrator relationships, craft route-to-market strategies, and collaborate with Marketing, Engineering and Finance to win key projects.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC/R sales, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and willingness to travel 50–75% domestically.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling into refrigeration, HVAC/R, or cooling markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven OEM, system-integrator, and direct customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute route-to-market strategies for refrigeration and cooling-system OEMs, system integrators, contractors, and direct customers.
• Create specification pull-through and design-in opportunities with OEMs and engineering firms.
• Grow sales through consultative, value-added selling focused on system performance, lifecycle value, and energy efficiency.
