Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into refrigeration, HVAC/R, cooling systems or related markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Proven success building OEM, system-integrator and direct-customer relationships and converting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental US sales through direct, OEM, and system-integrator channels.
• Develop route-to-market strategies for refrigeration and cooling OEMs and contractors.
• Create specification pull-through by engaging with OEMs, engineers and consultants.
• Capture market share by differentiating product performance and value.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, budgets, and regular market feedback.
