Job summary

INADEV is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for US-based clients. The role requires 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, and familiarity with US job portals.

The position is remote from India with US shift hours. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, negotiate offers, and build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with US job portals.
• Understanding of US visa types and employment authorization (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in US night shifts and handle multiple requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other portals.
• Work on IT requirements across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud.
• Experience recruiting for W2, C2C, and W2 Contract positions.
• Understand US employment types, visa categories, and work authorization.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, availability, location, and client requirements.
• Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate submissions with account managers and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and offer closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and stakeholders.
