A Hiring Group is seeking a mid-level Non-IT Recruiter to fill U.S.-based sales, marketing, and operations roles. This fully remote position emphasizes strong sourcing, screening, and closing candidates in a performance-driven environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, collaborate with hiring managers, and track KPIs to improve conversion rates while working in Pacific Time.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting for U.S. markets (and preferably European markets)
• Non-IT recruiting experience across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles
• Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Strong communication, persuasion, and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines with attention to detail and targets

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer follow-up
• Recruit for U.S.-based sales, marketing, operations, and leadership roles
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates for communication, motivation, reliability, role fit, and leadership potential
• Conduct structured phone/video interviews
• Manage and optimize candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities
• Maintain consistent candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment metrics and improve conversion rates
• Operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
