Responsibilities

• Lead research and recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Manage stakeholder decision-making throughout sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate internal and external research efforts and outreach to high-potential prospects.
• Write position specifications and conduct candidate interviews, reference checks, and status reports.
