Job summary

Remote, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an IT Recruiter based in India to manage the full lifecycle for technology professionals, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

You will work with startups and product-based tech firms to identify top talent across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, and mobile domains, building strong pipelines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm.
• Experience recruiting for startups or product-focused tech companies, with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding.
• Collaborate with startups/product-based clients to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, ATS, referrals using advanced Boolean search.
• Assess technical qualifications, project experience, communication skills, and role fit against client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, support offer negotiations, and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Build and nurture long-term candidate pipelines across software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, QA, and mobile domains.
