The ideal candidate will have hands-on US IT recruiting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently from within the USA. This freelance role emphasizes remote work from the USA and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on US IT recruiting experience.
• Must be currently based in the USA.
• Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
• Experience sourcing candidates for technical/IT positions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a freelance environment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
