Electronic Systems Inc is seeking a part-time Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and support IT staffing across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities for client engagements. This remote role is US-based and expected to run for about two months with potential for extension.

You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and liaise with clients to align requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience for technical positions, preferably in IT staffing, technical recruiting, or professional services.
• Working knowledge of IT terminology and technologies.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and place qualified IT professionals for client engagements, including field service technicians, help desk, desktop support, systems administration, network engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, and other technical roles.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements, business needs, and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, talent communities, and direct outreach.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing, screening, and automation tools to build candidate pipelines more quickly and improve candidate quality.
• Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary liaison between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by outlining the client environment, role expectations, and interview format.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Negotiate compensation and pay or bill rates, and manage the offer process.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks and drug screens, and support onboarding for new hires and contractors.
• Build and maintain a network of IT professionals to support current and future client hiring needs.
• Meet recruiting metrics for submissions, placements, time-to-fill, and client satisfaction.
• Stay current on technology trends, industry certifications, and local labor market conditions.
