Job summary

RibbitZ LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. You will source, screen, and place IT professionals on contract and full-time roles across Fortune 500 to State and Private sector clients, with uncapped commissions.

This role offers flexible hours and fully remote work. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline, manage interviews, and coordinate submissions while maintaining

Qualifications

• 1+ year in US IT recruitment.
• Understanding of US staffing (C2C, W2, 1099, FT).
• Experience recruiting for technical roles across multiple technologies.
• Familiarity with US work authorization types (USC, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT, TN).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with major sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based contract and full-time positions.
• Work on technologies including Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Cloud, Data Eng, Cybersecurity, SAP, Salesforce, AI/ML, QA, BA, PM.
• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Collect resumes, work authorization, availability, and other client requirements.
• Ensure candidates meet client requirements before submission.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
