Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated program. You will negotiate, develop, and manage US site budgets and trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic partners to mitigate risk and drive contract execution.

You will lead multiple projects across oncology-focused studies, refine budget templates, and ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor processes while advancing operational

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsabilités

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Develop and refine templates to support consistency, compliance, and strategic study needs.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks (FMV, site justification) when offers are declined.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; communicate updates in trackers.
